efficient and hassle-free delivery service.
Choose which items you want to buy and place
an order, and we'll take care of everything,
making sure your items are carefully packaged
and arrive quickly.
Delivery Time is subject to availability, orders
that are received and processed before noon
GMT Monday to Friday are generally shipped within
2 to 4 business days and usually take a further
1 to 2 days for delivery. Please allow an extra
business day for orders received and processed
after noon or over the weekend.
Lost & Missing Deliveries
If you have recently placed an order and you
think the delivery of your item/items is overdue,
you can check the status of your order by email
<orders@eternalwave.com>.
If your order is marked "Items dispatched",
then your item/items have left our warehouse.
* for deliveries within the UK, please allow
4 working days
* for deliveries to Europe and the rest of the
world, please allow at least 5 to 10 working
days.
Our Returns Policy
At eternalwave.com. we want you to be delighted
every time you shop with us. Occasionally though,
we know you may want to return items, so below
is our returns policy. We offer 30 days money
back guarantee (shipping excluded) for all items.
All items must be unused in original condition.
Any item that contains an accidental fault will
be replaced. If you need to return an item,
please send an email to us <orders@eternalwave.com>
to record the item before it is returned.
